08-06-05, 12:54 PM it says for the Dragonkin that the LA is only +2, but they get 7 monster levels, +8 to str and a few other things

my guess is that either the LA is supposed to be +7 or i need to sneak this into my next game :D

i'm sorry if this has been posted several times... or in an extremely obvious spot, i didn't see any errata for draconomicom

08-06-05, 12:59 PM Thats 7 Racial HD + a LA +2 = 9 ECL (Effective Character Level), so he should be adventuring with a group of 9th Level or 9 ECL characters.

08-06-05, 12:59 PM The level adjustment is +2. However, to get the character level, you must also add all its racial hit dice for a total effective character level adjustment of +9.

In other words, a 4th level Dragonkin Fighter (for instance) would have an effective character level of 13, and gain experience as a 13th level character.
