Dragons and Preferred races [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-28-06, 02:26 PM Ok, I was reading a few weeks ago about dragons and some of their preferred races. I cannot for the life of me, remember where I was reading this. I can remember that gold dragons prefer gnomes and silver dragons prefer elves. Where is this lore from? And does it hold true for 3rd edition? Any help would be appricated.

10-28-06, 07:17 PM From what I recall, the dragons in the Council of Wyrms setting have preferred demi-humans for their vassals; no humans (which were responsible for the decimation) are preferred at all.

10-29-06, 03:52 PM I know that was a joke, but Gold Dragons wouldn't eat sentient creatures it seems, unless they're innately extremely evil.
