My setting is a long (~1000 years) post-Apocalyptic high technology world in a state of regression. The following monster is meant to be a construct guardian, based on the Dreadnought (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dreadnought_%28Warhammer_40%2C000%29)fro m Warhammer 40,000 (though it is actually a construct, not a life-support chasis). This monster is meant to be a moderately difficult fight for a party of five people of approximately 10th level.

This construct is approximately ten feet tall and is a reddish rust color, though it does not appear to actually be rusty. It has a rectangular torso mounted on a small, cylindrical waste above two stout legs. It has a left arm with three large fingers. In place of its right arm, it has an eight barreled machine gun.

*Improved Grab: When a Dreadnought makes a successful Slam attack against any foe of Large size or smaller, it may initiate a grapple as a free action.
*Crush: If a Dreadnought uses its Improved Grab ability to initiate a grapple and maintains the grapple for a full round, the Dreadnought can use this ability. Instead of making an attack, the Dreadnought makes an opposed grapple check with the foe it is grappling. If the Dreadnought's roll succeeds, the foe takes damage equal to 1d12 plus the Dreadnoughts strength modifier and must succeed on a DC 20 Fortitude save or pass out for 1d3 rounds.
*Spin Attack: The Dreadnought can rotate on its waste axis at high speed, striking anything in range. As a full-round action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity, the Dreadnought may make a single Slam attack attack against every creature in any square it threatens (Friend or Foe). A Dreadnought cannot use it's Improved Grab ability as the result of a Slam attack made during a Spin Attack. Any foe the Dreadnought is grappling is immediately released during a Spin Attack and thrown 1d4X10 feet in a random direction. A foe that strikes an obstacle before it reaches the end of its throw takes damage as if falling an equal distance.
*Machine Gun: As a full-round action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity, a Dreadnought may make a ranged attack against a visible foe at its highest base attack bonus. This roll receives a +5 competence bonus. If the attack hits, the Dreadnought may immediately make an additional attack against the same target with a cumulative -3 to the roll. The Dreadnought may repeat this process until an attack misses.
*Strafe: A Dreadnought may sweep and area with machine gun fire. Doing so is a full-round action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity. The dreadnought designates a 30 foot line and makes a ranged attack roll (+8 as written). Each creature in the line makes a Reflex save with DC equal to the attack roll or takes 3d6+12 damage.
*One-Handed Grapple: If a Dreadnought initiates a grapple with a single opponent of Medium size or smaller, the Dreadnought is not considered to be in a grapple. An opponent grappled this way enters one of the Dreadnought's spaces and is considered to be in a grapple. This ability does not apply when a Dreadnought grapples more than one foe, when the foe is of Large size or larger, or if the Dreadnought did not initiate the grapple.

Any comments? Anyone? I don't mean to spam the boards with a bump post, but I'm concerned this thing will kill the crap out of my party if it's not balanced properly.
