| Iabes_Q_c_a_Mahorella06-28-05, 08:36 PM | I found that I hated the standard D&D Vampire Template. So, whith a friend, Imade my own. There is a master Vampire Template, and each Clan has its own specials. But I can't figure the Level adjustment for any of them. Vampire Template: Type: changes to “undead,” subtype “vampire” HD: Gains 1 HD; size based on clan Attacks: Gains Slam 1d6 melee SA: Blood Drain (ex) SQ: Turn Resistance +4, Cold Resist 20, Fast Healing 5†, Diet Dependent: Blood, Vampiric Weaknesses‡, SR 15, Low-Light Vision, Alertness (stacks with others) Abilities: Con – †At 0 or fewer HP the vampire is stunned (no actions) but regains HP at 5 per round as normal ‡ Vampiric Weaknesses: Water: Deals 2d4 damage per flask; heavy rain deals 1d4 damage per round of exposure; total immersion destroys the vampire immediately and disintegrates the body Holy Water: Deals twice the damage of normal water Fire : Deals double damage; when allowed a save for half damage, the vampire takes normal damage upon success and double damage on a failure. Wooden/Impaling Weapons: Destroys the vampire when used in a coup de grace; however, if the weapon is removed, the vampire returns to life at one HP. Sunlight: Direct sunlight deals 2d12 damage per round of exposure. Sunlight spells deal double damage; when allowed a save for half damage, the vampire takes normal damage upon success and double damage on a failure Sonic: Deals double damage; when allowed a save for half damage, the vampire takes normal damage upon success and double damage on a failure. Silver Weapons: Silver weapons ignore a vampire’s damage reduction. Vorpal Weapons/Beheading: Upon loss of the head, the vampire dies Please gimme a hand. |
