ECL of a bloodfiend? [Archive] - Wizards Community

09-14-05, 01:15 AM My character, a 5th level warlock, is about to be transformed into a bloodfiend (from fiend folio).

Now, when a bloodfiend bites someone, that person then becomes a bloodfiend, similar to the way a vamp works. There is no listed LA, however. So then how do I determine the ECL of my new bloodfiend?

09-14-05, 03:55 AM I'm not even going to ask how it is that a lowly 5th level character is about to be transformed to a Demonic Undead..

Anyway, the ECL would be approaching Epic levels, if not beyond. It has 12 HD, and the LA would likely be 6 or higher.
