EL for monster lair encounter [Archive] - Wizards Community

I was thinking of having some custom creatures for an encounter and was hoping you guys could help me pin down the EL
Here is a sample encounter kind of similiar to real one:
The adventurers reach a large cavern with a circular ceiling and lines crisscrossing the floor. There are 3 large scintillating rainbow stalgmites on the ceiling forming a nearly perfect triangle with a shining light affixed in the middle of them (maybe a sphere with light and flare permanized on it)) and sends out beams of light at the stalgmites affixing the room in a rainbow glow (creatures with darkvision, low--light vision are dazzled). If the adventurers walk across the middle of the room lines near the entrance and exit glow and a wall of force blocks the routes, in addition the walls of the room are covered with walls of fire that only extend 5 ft. (not 10-20)The stalagmites drop down and unveil into:

Feats: Improved Grapple, Ability Focus (Prismatic Embrace), Improved Natural Weapon (Bite)
Skills: Spot +8, Climb +11, 2-3 other random skills
Supernatural Qualities:
Prismatic Embrace: Upon succeeding a grapple check the prismgon can bring its prismatic embrce to bear. Grappled victims in contact with the prismagon's skin must succeed on a fortitude save (DC 18; 1/2 prismagons HD +con modifier) or be subject to one of the randomely rolled on effects on the following table:
1:red: The victim is affected as if by a confusion spell
2:orange:the victim is subject to 2D10 points of fire damage
3:yellow: The victim is subject to 2d6 points of elcetricity damage and is paralzed for 1 round.
4 reroll
5:Green: Subject is affected as if by a contagion spell (select a disease randomely)
6:Indigo: Victim is affected as if by a ray of exhaustion
7:Purple: Victim is affected as if by a reduce person spell.
8:Blue: The victim is subject to a slow spell [/B]

Prismatic Stream: Breath Weapon (DC 16 reflex save) Roll on the prismatic embrace table except roll 1d4 instead of 1d8 (meaning you ignore 5-8) 15 foot cone reacharge ever 1d6 rounds.

Natural Disguise: If folded into stalgamite appearance Prismagon gins a +15onus to disguise checks to appear as a stalgmite.
Resistance to Fire, Cold 5, immune to electricity, mind-affecting powers, and polymorph effects.
Tactics: Attempt to grapple the spellcasters to prevent them from casting and spray the fighters to weaken them.
