Gaze of Terror(Su):Anyone withen 30 feet of a Ghostly Visage that meets the eyes of its manifested face must make a ill saving throw (DC14) or be paralyzed with fear for 1d4 rounds. Ghostly Visages are immune to their own gaze attack and to those of their kind.

Meld(Su):Once per round, a Ghostly visage can merge its body with a corporeal creature. If it makes a successful incorporeal touch attack, the ghostly visage's body disappears into the opponents body. The target can resist the attack with a successful Will save(DC14). A creature that successfully saves is immune to that ghostly visage's meld for one day.

Negative Energy Ray(Su):An entropic creature can fire a ray of negative energy once every 1d4 rounds with a range of 60 feet. With a successful ranged touch attack, an entropic creature infuses a target with points of negative energy damage equal to1d4+ its Cha modifier. This attack damages living creatures and heals undead.

Visage(Ex): At will, a ghostly visage can manifest a face anywhere on its host's body, including over the hosts own face(the host's vision is unaffected). This face looks corporeal and fleshy, but it is actually the visage's incorporeal form. When manifesting a visage, the ghostly visage is susceptible to attacks separately from its host.zAttackks that miss the visage because of its incorporeal nature(including attacks from nonmagical weapons as well as attacks that are foiled by the 50% chance to ignore damage) target the host instead. For attacks that require attack rolls, if the attack roll exceeds the AC of the host, the host takes damage instead of the visage.

Incorporeal Subtype:

An incorporeal creature has no physical body. It can be harmed only by other incorporeal creatures, magic weapons or creatures that strike as magic weapons, and spells, spell-like abilities, or supernatural abilities. It is immune to all nonmagical attack forms. Even when hit by spells or magic weapons, it has a 50% chance to ignore any damage from a corporeal source (except for positive energy, negative energy, force effects such as magic missile, or attacks made with ghost touch weapons). Although it is not a magical attack, holy water can affect incorporeal undead, but a hit with holy water has a 50% chance of not affecting an incorporeal creature.

An incorporeal creature has no natural armor bonus but has a deflection bonus equal to its Charisma bonus (always at least +1, even if the creature’s Charisma score does not normally provide a bonus).

An incorporeal creature can enter or pass through solid objects, but must remain adjacent to the object’s exterior, and so cannot pass entirely through an object whose space is larger than its own. It can sense the presence of creatures or objects within a square adjacent to its current location, but enemies have total concealment (50% miss chance) from an incorporeal creature that is inside an object. In order to see farther from the object it is in and attack normally, the incorporeal creature must emerge. An incorporeal creature inside an object has total cover, but when it attacks a creature outside the object it only has cover, so a creature outside with a readied action could strike at it as it attacks. An incorporeal creature cannot pass through a force effect.

An incorporeal creature’s attacks pass through (ignore) natural armor, armor, and shields, although deflection bonuses and force effects (such as mage armor) work normally against it. Incorporeal creatures pass through and operate in water as easily as they do in air. Incorporeal creatures cannot fall or take falling damage. Incorporeal creatures cannot make trip or grapple attacks, nor can they be tripped or grappled. In fact, they cannot take any physical action that would move or manipulate an opponent or its equipment, nor are they subject to such actions. Incorporeal creatures have no weight and do not set off traps that are triggered by weight.

An incorporeal creature moves silently and cannot be heard with Listen checks if it doesn’t wish to be. It has no Strength score, so its Dexterity modifier applies to both its melee attacks and its ranged attacks. Nonvisual senses, such as scent and blindsight, are either ineffective or only partly effective with regard to incorporeal creatures. Incorporeal creatures have an innate sense of direction and can move at full speed even when they cannot see.

Symbiont Traits:When joined with a host,a symbiont gains a number of benefits. it acts on its host's turn each round, regardless of its own initiative modifier. It is not flat-footed unless its host is, and is aware of any danger its host is aware of.If a symbiont is grafted onto a visible part of the host creature's body,an opponents can attack the symbiont itself instead of its host creature. This works the same way as attacking an object:the symbiont gains the benefit of the host's Dexterity modifier to AC instead of its own, and gains any any deflection bonus to AC the host has as well. Its own size modifier and natural armor bonus , if any, apply.Attacking a symbiont instead of its host provokes an attack of opportunity from the host.
A symbiont never takes damage from attacks directed at the host.Like a worn magic item, a symbiont is usually unaffected by spells that damage the host, but if the host rolls a 1 on its saving throw, the symbiont is one of the "items" that can be affected by the spell. As symbiont uses its host's base saving throw bonuses if they are better than its own.

Share Spell(Su):Any spell the host creature cast on itself automatically also affects the symbiont. Aditionally the host may cast a spell with a target of "You" on the symbiont instead of itself.Likewise, a symbiont can choose to have any spell or spell-like ability it uses on itself also affect the host creature, and may cast a spell with a target of "You" on its host instead of itself. The host and symbiont can share spells even if the spells normally do not affect creatures of the host or symbiont's type. Spells targeted on the host by another spellcaster do not affect the symbiont, and vice versa.

Mind Shielding(Ex): When attached
to a host , a ghostly visage protects the host from mind-affecting spells and effects. this ability is similar to a mind blank spell, but does not protect the creature from divination spells that are not mind-affecting.In esscence , the ghostly visage confers upon its host its undead immunity to mind-affecting spells upon the host.

Undead Traits:

An undead creature possesses the following traits (unless otherwise noted in a creature’s entry).

* No Constitution score.
* Darkvision out to 60 feet.
* Immunity to all mind-affecting effects (charms, compulsions, phantasms, patterns, and morale effects).
* Immunity to poison, sleep effects, paralysis, stunning, disease, and death effects.
* Not subject to critical hits, nonlethal damage, ability drain, or energy drain. Immune to damage to its physical ability scores (Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution), as well as to fatigue and exhaustion effects.
* Cannot heal damage on its own if it has no Intelligence score, although it can be healed. Negative energy (such as an inflict spell) can heal undead creatures. The fast healing special quality works regardless of the creature’s Intelligence score.
* Immunity to any effect that requires a Fortitude save (unless the effect also works on objects or is harmless).
* Uses its Charisma modifier for Concentration checks.
* Not at risk of death from massive damage, but when reduced to 0 hit points or less, it is immediately destroyed.
* Not affected by raise dead and reincarnate spells or abilities. Resurrection and true resurrection can affect undead creatures. These spells turn undead creatures back into the living creatures they were before becoming undead.
* Proficient with its natural weapons, all simple weapons, and any weapons mentioned in its entry.
* Proficient with whatever type of armor (light, medium, or heavy) it is described as wearing, as well as all lighter types. Undead not indicated as wearing armor are not proficient with armor. Undead are proficient with shields if they are proficient with any form of armor.
* Undead do not breathe, eat, or sleep.

Skills: A ghostly visage has a + 4 racial bonus on Bluff and Intimidate checks.

Limited Spell Resistance(Positive Energy)(Ex):An entropic creature has spell resistance equal to 15+HD(1)(maximum 35)against any spell or spell-like ability that uses positive energy, including cure spells.

Negative Adaptation(Ex):Entropic creatures do not lose hit points or need to make Fortitude saves due to being in a negative-dominant environment.

Negative Energy Aura(Su):Any living creature withen10 feet of an entropic creature loses 1 hit point per round due to th aura of negative energy surrounding it.Character with immunity to negative energy effects,as well as other entropic creatures are not affected by this aura.If conscious,an entropic creature can repress this aura as a standard action, but it takes one point of Strength damage for each full minute that the aura is inactive. The aura is always function ing whaile an entropic creature is unconscious.

Turn Resistance(Ex):An undead entropic creature has +4 turn resistance.

If you cleaned it up it would be easier to read. You need to put a space after the commas in a list, otherwise it's difficult to read. I am guessing that the grapple is — (not able to grapple at all) but you left it out. Ego is not a standard ability. Where did you get it? Environment is a place...solitary would fit for organization (which you left out).
