Treasure: Standard (20% carried) plus two 1d4 x 1000gp Jade gems.
Alignment: Always Lawful Evil

Bred from a union between a fallen Deva and the most powerful of Devil Lords, the Jadean is a terrifying master of combat and unmitigated tyrant. Standing between 6ft and 7ft in height, a Jadean looks much like an enlarged Deva – tall, muscular and handsome. However, the skin and teeth of the creature are as black as pitch, its body is completely devoid of hair, and instead of eyes the Jadean sports a pair of brilliant Jade gemstones of no less than 1000gp value apiece. The voluminous wings of the creature are composed of black raven-like feathers - outstretched they can measure up to 20ft tip-to-tip. Jadean typically wear a silken wrap around their waist (and chest, if female), so as not to hinder their incredible reflexes or impede flight, as well as an occasional silken backpack in which to carry equipment. Jadean typically serve as emissaries or elite guards for the most powerful planar lords and gods. They are humorless, issuing commands that they expect to be followed unwaveringly.
Jadean speak Common, Celestial, Draconic, Infernal and Abyssal.

Combat: The heritage of the Jadean has made them ripe for a combat role, and they have little hesitation in joining the fray directly. In combat they are a cunning adversary, initially utilizing their Know Protections ability to identify suitable opponents and then concentrating on them until they fall.
Spell-like abilities: At Will – Alter Self, Mindblank, Know Protections, Greater Dispelling, Spell Turning, Improved Invisibility, Teleport without Error, Plane Shift, Detect Thoughts.
1/year – Wish, Genesis.
Caster Level 30th; DC 20 + spell level.
Jadean Weapons (Su): Each Jadean carries two personal melee weapons that he manifests from his own life essence. When not in combat, the weapons simply do not exist, but Jadean can “draw” their weapons from nowhere as a free action. Jadean weapons are considered light weapons for the Jadean.
Superior Two-Weapon Fighting (Ex): Jadean fight with a weapon in each hand. Because these weapons are an extension of its own body, the Jadean does not take an attack or damage penalty for attacking with two weapons.
Gaze (Su): All creatures within 30 feet who meet the gaze of a Jadean become affected as if by a Confusion spell. A Will save (DC 47) negates the effect. An opponent who successfully makes this saving throw is immune to that creatures gaze for 24 hours.
Two-Weapon Rend (Ex): Any creature hit by two or more attacks from a Jadean is struck for a brutal rend, suffering an extra 1d8+26 points of damage.
Blind (Ex): All Jadean are blind. Subsequently they are immune to gaze attacks, blindness, concealment and related effects.
Overwhelming Critical (Ex): An additional 1d6 points of damage are inflicted on a successful critical hit.
Devastating Critical (Ex): Fortitude DC 48 or die (if subject to critical hits).

ok step one get this into the standard monster format (yes even bolding the thing).

Two no matter what its BaB is it should only have 4 attacks (there is a limit).

Three the SR is usly 11 + CR anf this guy does not have the feats to push it higher.

For he should have 24 feats (18 of which can be epic feats).

Thats all I can see at a first look. Once you format it better I can give even more.

More feats - hehehehehehe!
I've adjusted the No. attacks & SR.
Still, how does one determine the actual CR of the creature? Comparison with other types?
Is there a formula?

thanks for the tips!

From glancing at it I Think that 5th attack is its 2nd weapon and that its 2-weapon fighting. Which if so I'd try to find a way to give it the whole TWF Feat Tree.

well this is a way to get close (its usly off by 1-5 up or down but gets you in the area).

HP divided bye 4.5

Plus 1 or 2 for special attack and qualitie (strong ones should have a be 2 weeker ones should be one)

then divid that bye 3

it should get you close.

The critical range for its weapons should be 15-20.
Keen does NOT stack with Improved Critical feat in 3.5!
Sorry.

Otherwise it looks very good. I also think you need to give it the entire two-weapon fighting tree.
Include Greater & Perfect two-weapon fighting (8 attacks/round - 10 if both weapons have speed), then you can still use blinding speed! :smirk:

Also, the Two-weapon defense feat (I think that's it) to boost its AC if necessary.

Some general guidelines win calculating CR (from the 3.5 MM):
SR = CR + 11
AC = CR + 13
Primary attack = (CR * 1.5) + 2
Good saves = CR * 1.5
Bad saves = CR

and the creature should get 1 feat for every 3 HD.

These are just guidelines, and when a monster reaches epic levels, you can start adjusting these guidelines upwards without many problems (especially AC). Many epic monsters break these guidelines to give them an advantage...

OK that's great guys, I'll take a look at it in Windows format and fix it all up.
