Infinitum 04-14-07, 11:10 PM	As the title suggests, what epic monsters do you hate? More specifically, what ones give you the most problems in combat? I'm doing this out of pure curiosity, I like getting people's opinions on things like this :D Your thoughts are appreciated! ;)

Foxhengeyokai 04-15-07, 01:05 PM	Well, I hate what my DM did to a hecatoncheries. He gave it 20 warblade levels, and 10 levels in the dervish PRC. Can you imagine a Time Stands Still combined with Thousand Cuts attack? Jeeze, that's like... 300 or so attacks in one round. Ah well, that's what ranged attacks are for I guess.
Archangel_yuki 04-15-07, 06:05 PM	Infernals are kinda nasty. Infernals have Tenacious magic Greater invisibility and Blur, which combined with their nasty Spell-like abilities, such as fire storm, and greater Dispel at will, along with the attacking abilities. They can port, grappel, and drain every epic-level spell slot out of most mages in 2 or 3 rounds with their spell-suck ability and good grappel. Along with learned spell immunity, where they cant be hurt by the same spell twich from the same caster...My mage shot of a hellball for great damage, and then he did it again...to no effect, due to learned spell immunity.
Infinitum 04-15-07, 07:20 PM	By the gods man....those things hurt :( Personally, mine would go with the Uvuudaum. Their confusion aura can be a real pain, and they also have some good epic spells at their disposal (Nailed To The Sky comes to mind...) Come on people, share yours =)
