Anyway in this movie the Chinese vampire being sought had attained some special new level of lethality because it had consumed a thousand souls, or something. It had all the normal vampire abilities and weaknesses, all heavily magnified. In addition it could fly, teleport, shatter armour with its fists and, most horrifficly, was constantly surrounded by an aura of sheer hunger so powerful that living things (including people) that came within 5 feet of it were instantly shredded into a fine red mist that the vampire then inhaled. My initial reaction to seeing THAT was to blaspheme, most loudly. My second reaction was to think: what the hell would an Epic DnD vampire look like? Cause if it's anything like this...I want one! |

You should probably be able to stich in some kind of fly spell as a SP ability, dimension door and adamantine strike take care of teh teleporting and armor crushing. Now you just need some kind of weird disentegration aura...... Oh sorry, Spell Stiched is a template in Libris Mortis. Lets you add spells to any undead creature as spell like abilites, the number and srength of which are determined by the creatures wisdom score. |

Does this mean where he was born before becoming a vampire. or where he was born as a vampire (turned into a vampire)? |
| ToastedAmphibian02-11-08, 03:58 PM | well, it says base vampirew, not base creature, so id assume the latter. Also, vampires Normally requier dirt from their grave, so it makes sense. |
