An Epluribusunum cannot speak COMBAT An Epluribusunum attacks by charging in and swarming spellcasters to negate their ability to attack it. Energy Drain (Su): Living creatures hit by an Epluribusunum's incorporeal swarm attack gain one negative level. The DC is 24 for the Fortitude save to remove a negative level. The save DC is Charisma-based. Skills: An Epluribusunum gets a +16 size bonus on hide checks. What do you think? I think it would be an interesting challenge for a 10th level party.

Since it's one man with multiple personalities "Out of One Many" makes more sense than "Out of Many One" how are you getting AC 33? 10+8+2+5=25 also the DC for the lost level should be 24 not 28....HD+Cha = 24 would 1 turning attempt turn the entire swarm or just one of the creatures? if it has no Intelligence how can it detect who the spellcasters are?

"e pluribus unum" is the same as "e unum pluribus". Course, since I haven't used much Latin since high school, I can't tell you how to say "from one come many".
