| theforsakendeity11-11-03, 05:39 PM | what do you think this critter would be like? its essentially a humanoid wasp. anyone reading the Magic the Gathering Legends Cycle books will recognize this as the race that Xira Arien is. i was wanting one of these in the campaign i am coming up with but i have no clue as to how to go about creating it. (this is my first campaign.) any tips on creating a monster? or has anyone made one for thier games? would templating it be the way to do it? |
| Ivy11-12-03, 12:20 PM | I haven't read the books you mention, so I'm not familiar with those critters, but if you check out the MMII, there is a creature called the abeil which is a bee- or wasp-like humanoid. |

| theforsakendeity11-12-03, 03:13 PM | thanks alot!!!! those work perfect.. you guys rock! |
| Ivy11-12-03, 04:06 PM | My pleasure! :) |
| RhoxandRoll11-12-03, 06:08 PM | I think a little bit of tweeking might be needed to use the Abeils....thye are more of a weaker race to use for wasps. Abeils are more like bumble-bees than wasps...but thats as close as your gonna get. |
| theforsakendeity11-13-03, 07:14 PM | yeah im gonna beef them up a little... especially the warrior.. for its cr it seems a bit weak.. at least for our power gamer play group.. |
