Osedox 07-23-05, 10:29 PM	An Oceanus dragon must be submerged in water from the Oceanus River at least once per day, likewise a Styx dragon must be dunked in the Styx once per day A Chaos dragon must be tended by a different person of a different race every day or it will not hatch (No person more than once, no race more than once in a row). An Ethereal Dragon egg must spend every other day on the Ethereal plane. Just a few Ideas hope that is what you wanted!

psychic_infinity 07-24-05, 09:19 AM	A howling dragon egg must be exposed to at least 1d6 points of sonic damage per day. A radiant dragon must be in direct sunlight for 12 hours a day. A combat dragon must hear fighting every day. A shadow dragon must be always kept in darkness. (I know it's not an extraplanar dragon, but I think it should be) That should work.
Derren S. 07-24-05, 09:27 AM	Imo the chaos dragon incubation methode won't work as it is so unlikely to happen this dragon race would be extincted. As chaos dragons are pure chaos, make the incubation requirement also chaotic For example the egg immediatly hatches, no matter when it was laid, when a specific thing happens to it which is different for each egg, for example a specific word is spoke in its presence, it is hit by a specific amount of energy damage, it falls for a specific number of feet etc.
RavinRay 07-24-05, 09:48 AM	Chaos: each day, the egg must be exposed to an energy type (acid, fire, and cold) different from the previous day (no problem in Limbo). Howling: the egg must be exposed to sound strong enough to deafen a creature for 1d4 rounds (perfect in the Windswept Depths of Pandemonium). Pyroclastic: although it does not have the Fire subtype, incubation should be the same for brass, gold, and red dragons. Rust: eggs must be exposed to acid as in black and copper dragons, or packed in powdered rust. I also made up incubation rules for gem dragon eggs over at the psionics forum (http://boards1.wizards.com/showpost.php?p=6777718&postcount=10).
