Xanaphia_Undomiel 09-22-07, 07:29 PM	To all those who heve Monster Manual 2, look under Damage. Face/Reach. When they explain it in the introduction, the heading is Face/Reach. They didn't say Space/Reach once in the entire book!!!
andinel 09-22-07, 08:11 PM	MM2 is unusual in that it was published in a period of time when some things were changed to be more like 3.5 in the 3.0 rules, but not all. Face/Reach is on of those left-overs from 3.0, since in 3.0 not all monsters of the same size had the same space. For example, a 3.0 heavy warhorse had a Face/Reach of 5 ft. by 10 ft./5 ft., whereas in 3.5 it has a space of 10 ft. What you're pointing out is just something left from 3.0 in an older book. Keep in mind that MM2 was published before 3.5.
