Ok If I cast Sleep or Deep Slumber to knock out a creature then cast Magic circle against (the creatures aliagnment) with the Special Pattern. would I be able to cast sleep again while making the 10 minute check in order to keep the creature subdued or would teh circle hold it in place long enough to finish. perhaps i will have to cast dimensional anchor as well.... then finish the circle? My Character (a Pyromancer who is starting an Order that Worships Volcanoes) Is going to attempt at 8th level to take a Familiar for teh first time. My characters back story included teh death of her previous familiar. the Target is a Lesser Phoenix. I am taking the Feats Improved familiar and the Feat from Ultimate Feats called Big Familiar to be allowed this by my DM.
