Dragonwrought Kbold can turn into a shape of a dragon (anything with dragon type and without templates) up to 5 HD using the Alter Self spell. The best reasons to do that are Armor Bonus (Natural + Size) and movement speeds.
I'm looking for the best shape in each category...

I hope the chart below will be filled. Sadly, I can't do it right now (exam times), so plz give me any input you can. For now I've put SRD dragons, but I'm sure there is something better.

Desired format:
(age category, if needed) dragon kind, parameter's value(s), book title & page number or link.

Fastest on land:
Wyrmling Shadow, 80 ft., Draconomicon pg. 191

Fastest on flight:
Wyrmling White, 150 ft. (average), d20srd (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/dragonTrue.htm#whiteDragon)
Wyrmling Brass, 150 ft. (average), d20srd (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/dragonTrue.htm#brassDragon)
Wyrmling Shadow, 150 ft. (average), Draconomicon pg. 191

Best maneuverability:
All SRD Wyrmlings, average, d20srd (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/dragonTrue.htm)
Shadow, Battle and Fang Wyrmlings, average, Draconomicon

Fastest swimmer:
Wyrmling Black, 60ft (+water breathing), d20srd (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/dragonTrue.htm#blackDragon)
Wyrmling Styx, 60ft (+water breathing), Draconomicon pg. 188

Fastest burrower:
Wyrmling Brass, 30 ft., d20srd (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/dragonTrue.htm#brassDragon)

Fastest climber:
Does any dragon have it listed at all? Spider climb doesn't do it due to limitations on what can you get from polymorph.

Hardest to hit:
Wyrmling Shadow, +2 size +7 natural, Draconomicon pg. 191

Most Universal:
Shadow Wyrmling: wins 2, ties in 2. That makes 4 of 6.

Updated the main list. Sadly, you cannot get most of thins listed by the Secrets Untold by Altering Self into those forms... but polymorphing by other means - why no?
