Height/Weight:5'4"/224lb.
Climate/Terrain: Cold and Temperate forests and jungles
Organization: Solitary or Dance (2-6)
CR:?
Alignment: Often chaotic good (Usually Chaotic)
Treasure: 70% coins, standard items, triple food (at least 1 meal's worth)
Advancement: 3-6hd(medium), 7-9hd(large)
(Special Advancement: Increase a limpata's weight by 1d6x10% and increase height by 1" for each hit die they gain.)

Before you stands an extremely chubby humanoid female munching on a large well-cooked slab of wild turkey. She is dressed in revealing garments made of a towel-like absorbant material. Although very bulgy she shines with a strange and unearthly beauty. As you gaze upon her fleshy form everything goes white, and you see no more.

The limpatas are a plumper and more gluttonous counterpart to the nymphs. They are as supernaturally beautiful as their slimmer cousins but have an almost lustful passion for food and an insatiable appetite.

Most limpatas are benevolent and hospitable creatures that are always willing to help out starving or lost travelers and provide a safe place for weary adventurers. Some are generally uncaring gluttons that only contact with the humanoid world to obtain rare delicacies. A few are pernicious predators that delight in hunting, capturing, and then subsequently devouring and/or killing humanoid prey.

Combat:

Spell-like abilities(sp): At will: Detect poison, purify food and drink, prestadigitation; Three per day: Create meals (as create food & water but rather than being bland and featureless the food created is a variety of rich and delicious edibles), transmute water to wine (changes 10 gallons of water into fine red wine); Once per day: Hero's feast, dimension door; Caster level 3rd.

Belch(ex): Once per minute, a limpata can release a thundering belch that deafens all others within 30ft for 1d8+1 rounds.

Blinding Beauty(su): This ability continually operates, affecting all humanoids within 60ft of the limpata. Those who look directly at the limpata must make a fortitude save (dc:15) or be blinded as though by the blindness spell. The limpata can resume or suppress this ability as a free action.

Weight Momentum(ex): Limpatas are skilled at using their massive girth to their advantage in combat. They gain a bonus to their belly slam attack equal to 1/10th their total body weight minus the average female human weight for their height. They gain a damage bonus equal to their constitution modifier.

Subdual Substitution(ex): A limpata can deal subdual damage with her belly slam attack at no penalty.

Swallow Whole(ex): A limpata can unhing its jaw to swallow a creature of up to medium size with a successful grapple check, although they normally only swallow creatures that have been rendered unconcious or dead with belly slams. A creature trapped within its stomach takes 1d4 bludgeoning and 1d4 acid damage each round. Creatures can cut their way out by dealing 3 damage to the stomach wall with a light slashing or peircing weapon. Although another creature can use this exit, it starts to seal shut in 1 round because of the fast healing ability. The stomach can hold up to 1 medium creature, 2 small creatures, 5 tiny creatures, 11 diminutive creatures, or 25 fine creatures. In addition a limpata can add the weight of a swallowed creature to its total body weight for the purpose of its weight momentum ability. Using a belly slam attack deals 1 point of bludgeoning damage to the swallowed creature.

Limitless Gluttony(su): A limpata can eat up to one and a half times its body weight in food without suffering any ill effects.

Uncanny evasiveness(su): Limpatas recieve a +3 dodge bonus to attacks.

Feather fall(su): A limpata is constantly under a feather fall effect. It can supress or resume this effect as a free action.

Protective Fat(natural ability): A limpata can take 5 bludgeoning damage per round as subdual.

Fast Healing(su): This ability stops working temporarily if the limpata goes for 1 minute without eating a pound or more of food.

Lightened Load(su): A limpata is magically lightened for the purposes of encumbrance for excess weight. Treat any heavy loads as medium loads, and any medium loads become light loads.

Height/Weight: 6’9”/96lb.
Climate/Terrain: Any warm or temperate forest or jungle
Organization: Solitary or dance(2-6)
CR: 2
Alignment: Often lawful evil (usually lawful)
Treasure: Standard, no food, 70% coins
Advancement:3-6hd(medium), 7-9hd(large)
(Special Advancement: Whenever ganutos gain a hit die they gain 1d8+3 inches of height and 1 pound.)

As you search the ground for signs of the blood-drinking monster you tracked from the village, you overturn a dusty rock. As you sneeze you hear a nearby tree say “Gods bless you”. Suspicious, you go over to investigate it, and as you do, it transforms into a tall, gaunt, terrible humanoid creature, with pointy ears, glowing green slit-pupil eyes, Small pointed teeth, long nimble clawed fingers, and a sleek, wiry, almost comically skinny and tall body. The creature leaps forth with unsettling speed and strength before ripping you to bloody shreds.

Ganutos are the severe opposites of and male counterparts to the limpatas. They feed on a diet composed mostly of blood, and supplemented by nutritious kinds of roots and herbs. They particularly enjoy blood mixed with the adrenal hormones brought on by fear, and also get great glee from the looks of shock and horror on their surprised victims faces. Some will ambush attractive women and gnaw them to death leaving their naked, badly chewed bodies lying by the side of the road. Although most are diabolical terrors, some ganutos are content to feed on the blood of wild animals and live in isolation from societies, and a few are even righteous crusaders who help secretly guide and protect weak travelers while using evil creatures as an outlet for their sadistic hunger.

Combat:

Spell-Like abilities(sp): At will: Detect poison, dancing lights, ghost sound, Three per day: create water, doom, cure light wounds, inflict light wounds, doom, cause fear; Twice per day: Tree shape; Once per day: Suggestion, fear. Caster level 3rd.

Frightful Presence(ex): Whenever a ganuto does something threatening, such as hiss, or rear up and snap its jaws, or lunch forward, creatures within 80ft of 2hd or less must make a will save dc:12 or become shaken.

Wounding(ex): If it chooses to a ganuto can secrete an anticoagulant from its fangs so that a bitten creature will continue to bleed for 1 minute (fortitude save dc:16), taking 1 temporary con damage each round. The save dc is dexterity based and includes a +2 racial bonus.

Uncanny Evasiveness(su): +3 dodge bonus to AC

Subdual Substitution(ex): A ganuto can deal subdual damage at no penalty.

Oral Fixation(me): Whenever it sees a female humanoid or fey in some form of undress (40% coverage or less) it must make a will save dc:5+(1/10 of the percent above average body weight [negative modifiers for less than average weight)+(1/10 of the % of body uncovered) to not make an attempt to bite them. Each time the female removes an article of clothing it must make a new save. It gains a +1 morale bonus to bite attacks.

Supernatural Cunning(su): A ganuto receives a +3 enhancement bonus to all intelligence-based skill checks.

Toxic Skin(ex): A ganuto’s skin constantly secretes a highly bitter, mildly poisonous oil. Creatures that use a bite attack on it suffer the effects of this poison oil (initial damage nauseated for 1 round, secondary damage 1 con, save dc:12 [dc includes a +2 racial modifier]). A creature that swallows one whole spends its next round vomiting the ganuto and all other stomach contents (no save), and must make a fortitude save or spend the next 1d4+1 rounds nauseated.

Young ganutos and limpatas: As children ganutos and limpatas are virtually indistinguishable from each other aside from the gender difference, looking almost exactly like human children. As they approach puberty their true nature starts to become apparent, with females having incredible increases of appetite and massive weight gain (sometimes as many as five pounds in a single day) while the males experience sudden loss of appetite, fang growth, fingernails sharpening into claws, and rapid growth vertical growth (up to 12 inches in a week). The latent magical powers also start to blossom. Puberty tends to be harder on the males (if raised by foster humanoids) who start to gain predatory instincts and blood-thirst around that time.

One question, R.M.G.C.L.F. Where did you get the name for the creatures from? are they another language, or just made up?

A little bit of both. Lypo was the closest thing I could find to a latin word for fat, and delgado I think I recall somehow transmuting into ganuto.
