Hey, I am not sure how to say this exactly.

But, with the various halfbreed templates, IMO, ones with the supernatural entity being the mom should be stronger.

See, a balor for instance could sire like, a dozen or more kids a day, but a marilith would probably take months for one kid.

It is reminiscent of the daily healing boost Fast Healing 1 gives...

Plus, the baby'd be bathed in more fiendish energies due to spendin' all that time in a womb or such.

Oh, and any ideas for how this should be reflected?

Actually, generally its worked out so that you apply the half-template of the father's race to the mother's race to produce the result.

Or at least the human monster entry.

There are entries for all the other races...

Because, in the flavor of it, humans wrote the book, and humans are arrogant, and do not consider themselves "monsters".

Thus, there is no Human stat box or Half-Human template.

The 2e MM had humans as monsters, exactly like elves, dwarves and the like

Aren't there specific fiends that are sired by men upon female demons?

The Alu-Fiend, for example? (Mortal male + Succubus.)

Once they converted over to 3E, the Alu-fiend essentially became identical to the Cambion: Both were half-fiendish Humans.
