Havoc Hunters are wild fey who roam the earth and sometimes sky (for they prefer Nigthmares as their mounts) tracking down whatever quarry they feel like. Though loosely associated with the Unseelie Court, and allowed as riders by Nightmares, the Havoc Hunters serve no power but the Ultimate Chaos, and the chaos of their own hearts. A havoc hunter looks like an elf with glowing blue eyes, sharp-pointed teeth, and deathly pale skin.

Combat: Havoc hunters relish the hunt, tracking down their prey and running them to ground. However, they do not relish combat with that prey, and will try to end it as quickly as possible. Havoc Hunters carry normal halfspears and short-swords,, and small wooden shields. They wear leather armor.

War Cry: Once Per combat, a Havoc hunter may makea fearsome War Cry. All who hear it must make a will save (DC 16) Or be shaken for 1d4 rounds

Chaos Strike: A Havoc Hunter may throw a ball of chaotic energy as a ranged attack, at will. They use this only as a last resort, for they prefer their more conventional weapons. The ball deals 2d4 damage to Lawful creatures, 1d4 damage to neutral creatures, and no damage to chaotic creatures if it hits the target’s touch AC.
