feytouched and half-feys, What!!! [Archive] - Wizards Community

04-01-05, 04:13 PM feytouched is immune to mind-affecting effects, while half-feys only are immune to enchantment spells and effects. Isn´t something totally wrong here?

04-02-05, 01:20 PM I have considered it, maybe it is only mind-affecting effects, and not mind-affecting spells and effects, so that excludes immunity to alot more spells, i think it is that way.

They are a player race, but to say the truth they were made before psionics were, so a DM will possible 0 rule this to be like:
Immunities: feytouched are immune to all mind-affecting effects, except psionic powers.

Not all, but about 70 of the psionic powers are, give or take.

Feytouched are immune to all mind-affecting effects, this excludes spells and powers, because if i t did work against spells to i think it should have been like this: Feytouched are immune to all mind-affecting spells and effects, if it is only mind-affecting effects, and not spells to, then i see it is balanced. If they are immune to mind-affecting spells to, then i think the race is to overpowered for a +1 LA. and +2 dex. -2 con. +2 cha, and immunity to SOOOO much.
