Okay, a number of questions about Fiend Folio's Fiendish Grafts...

1) Do they take up any slots or have limits of how many you can have? For example, there are three (or was it four?) different legs you can get. Can a human have one or two? What about a centaur?

2) Similarly asked, what of limbs the creature didn't previously have? Can a human get multiple tails?

3) The -6 circumstance penalty on charisma checks... It says it applies to "NPCs," but... why? Does this mean someone with a fiendish graft would get -6 to feint an NPC but not a PC?

4) Is there anything preventing a fiend from getting fiendish grafts? And if a fiend did, why would he be getting a -6 penalty? Does he become crazier than he was before?

5) If taking an alternate form via Change Shape or another ability, what effects of the graft remain?

It depends on which graft rules you’re using, the ones from before Magic of Eberron or the ones from after.

I don't have Magic of Eberron. Races of the Dragon answers questions one and two, sort of, but not all the grafts have obvious slots, and I still don't know the answers to the other questions.
