Does this mean that the vermin loses all racial traits (like immunity to mind-affecting spells)?

Does a fiendish vermin gain feats and skills points?

06-03-07, 05:28 AM Well, the way I know it it retains all 'special qualities', which, despite them becoming magical beasts as you said, will therefore still include vermin traits. It also gains an intelligence of at least 3, which does also imply that it gains feats and skill points. Magical Beasts get 2 + Int mod skill points per HD.
