fighting giants [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-15-05, 04:35 PM when you fight giant how do you do it. (my DM never has us fight them so i dont know)
do you just hack at there legs or dose that even do damage to them. or do you have to fight them with long spears

Now, if you want to know about strategy, then that's a little different. The best strategy for taking out any creature with reach is to just stay out of its reach and pelt it with ranged weapons. Or, use a weapon that gives you reach too (like a spear or poelarm).
