It wears a t-shirt bearing unspeakable profanities. Flame Trolls are horrid beings who take great joy in spreading discord and controversy on Internet forums. Flame trolls speak common, giant, and l33tsp34|<, a foul and degenerate tongue of their own devising. Combat Flame trolls typically attack first with their flamebait attack, throwing enemies into discord, before retreating while activating their I did it for the lulz defenses. Flame trolls attack without mercy or warning. Flamebait (ex): This duplicates the effect of a song of discord, except that the will save DC to negate the effect is based on the Flame Troll's bluff check (i.e., 1d20 + 15). A successful sense motive check has the same effect as a successful will save. The song of discord effect last four rounds. Regeneration (ex): Fire and acid do normal damage to a flame troll (although flame trolls are somewhat resistant to fire). If a flame troll loses a limb or body part, the lost portion regrows in 3d6 minutes. The creature can instantly reattach the severed member by holding it to the stump. I did it for the lulz (ex): By saying "I did it for the lulz," and making a bluff check, a flame troll can add a +4 deflection bonus to his AC (included in the troll's stat block). Silence or any other effect which prevents the flame troll from speaking negates this effect. A character who makes a sense motive check higher than the flame troll's bluff check can also ignore the deflection bonus. |

| Thiez04-04-07, 08:19 AM | I think he's using his bluff too much. Just switch it to a charisma based DC, giving it a racial bonus if you think he needs it. 'I did it for the lulz (ex)' should be (su) :P "Environment: The Tubes' :p |
