In addition, certain spells and effects function differently against the creature, as noted below. A magical attack that deals cold or fire damage... A magical attack that deals electricity damage... Spell Resistance: Yes So the answer is pretty simple: Flesh to Stone has no effect on a Flesh Golem, because of it's Magic Immunity.
