Level adjustment:-

Combat:

Like a Dire Bear only with + and- for being gummy.

Sugar injection:On a successful bite, once per hour,it can inject it with a sugary substance. This substance causes 1d6 acid damage for 1d4 rounds.
This stuff will also give a -4 to concentation checks.Creatures who have to rest shall not be able to for 1d6+1 hours after injection was givin.

Gum up:5 times per day a gummy bear can use this.it will seal stuff that open(doors,chests,etc..)giving them a -5 to be opened.A player must make a Str check to see if they can open it.This also is like a glue.if a creature were to step on or put their hand in it or a piece of equipment, the thing that did would now be stuck.A Str check will determan if they can free them selfs. They get a -3 to their Str check.

More combat:
if a gummy bear feels thretend it will attack.A creture that takes a bite out of a gummy bear is feed for the rest of that day.The gummybear will take 4pts of fatal damage for every 5sq. inches that is consumed. It is more likly for a gummy bear to use Sugar injection if a bite has been taken out of it.
If you take a bite out of it every time you want to talk(includes verbal components)for 1d4 min.,you must make a strength check to see if you can open your mouth.(DC 14)

When the church of Corellon Larethian accepts members into the clergy, they put them through seven tests known as the Trials of Larethian. The last of these trials is to taste the nectar and ambrosia of Larethian. Only the pure of heart can feast upon these divine foods: The Doritos of Elvenkind, and the Pepsi of Singular Power (known as Pepsi One). If one of impure heart is to taste but a crumb of this divine meal, both animate to become a swirling mass of carbonated water and crunchy goodness.
Elven Doritos often appear as a harmless bowl of snack foods to the unwary. Two main varieties of flavor are known to exist (seperating the more cool-headed Orthodox members from the fiery-hearted and spicy, if somewhat hokey, Reformed clergy), although various other types are known to exist for somewhat smaller sects.

Ha ha I just got this idea:

Lich Crispies
Tiny Undead
Hit Dice: 1d6 (5hp)
Initiative: +0
Armor Class: 1 touch 0, flat-footed 0
Base Attack/ Grapple: -/-
Attack: -
Full Attack: Reanimate
Space/Reach: 5 ft/ 0 ft
Special Attacks: Snap, Crackle, Pop
Special Qualities: Constructs traits, imm. magic
Abilities: Str 1 Dex 1 Con 1, Int 1, Wis 1, Cha 1
Environment: Any
Organization: Cup (100 crispies), Bowl (400 crispies)
Challenge rating: 10

This malevolent creature is never found alone, but rather in a group resembling a tasty breakfast cereal

COMBAT
These constructs wait untill an ususpecting person feasts on their goodness before using their Snap, Crackle, and Pop attacks to down their prey.

Snap: If consumed, a crisp may perform this in response to being chewed. Snap deals 1d4 slashing damage. This is treated as an internal touch attack.
Crackle: If a crisp has preformed Snap it may simultaneously Crackle. Crackle deals 1d4 acid damage and has a 75% chance of causeing paralysis.
Pop: If a crisp has preformed Crackle it may simultaneously Pop. Pop deals 10d10 half fire damage and half force damage. There is a 75% chance that the victims head will explode due to Pop causeing instant death.
Reanimate: Full Round Action; Once a crisp inhabited victim is dead more crisps may enter the victim and resurrect the dead in the form of a Lich, controlled by the collective consciousness of the crispies.

Zombie Pork Roast
Medium-size Undead
Hit Dice: 6d12+3 (39 hp)
Initiative: -1 (Dex)
Speed: 40 ft. (8 squares)
AC: 17 (+8 natural, -1 Dex), touch 9, flat-footed 17
Base Attack/Grapple: +3/+4
Attack: Gore +6 melee (1d8+4)
Full Attack: Gore +6 melee (1d8+4) or skewer +6 melee (1d8+2/x3) or slam +6 melee (1d6+3)
Space/Reach: 5 ft./5 ft.
Special Attacks: Flaming body, skewer
Special Qualities: -
Saves: Fort +2, Ref +1, Will +5
Abilities: Str 17, Dex 8, Con -, Int -, Wis 10, Cha 1
Skills: None
Feats: Toughness
Environment: In general (10 miles or so) vicinity of an evil temple.
Organization: Solitary or herd (5–8)
Challenge Rating: 3
Appearing before you is a skinned boar that is apparently on fire. A large skewer portrudes from both ends of its body.
A zombie pork roast is the result of a devious prank at a banquet at an evil temple. A boar is on a spit, when a cleric chooses THAT moment to cast Animate Dead. If slain, the zombie pork roast tastes great, as it has been cooking for a while. For best results, use positive energy (Cure light wounds) to kill.

Flaming Body: Any animal attacking a zombie pork roast with natural weapons or grappling it takes 1d6 fire damage.
Skewer: The skewer is still in the body. It takes a -1 penalty to attack (already calculated) because the zombie pork roast's body absorbs some of the blow. If the zombie pork roast charges, the skewer automatically attacks (in addition to the slam or gore). It is possible to disarm the zombie pork roast of its skewer, although a -4 penalty is taken.

This is basically a zombie boar, who can take full actions (the flames give him energy), and has the skewer, flaming body, increased CR, and better taste.

"Mr. Jiggle-neck"

A rather sadistic little jem an old DM of mine threw at us. An undead, cooked, turkey. It was stupidly powerful had various attacks involving grease and jiblits. Had hella damage reduction and was kicking our butts. So in the end my Gnome Druid wildshaped into a grizzley bear and ate the freaking thing.

Normally I would have had to make a Fort save vs poison the DM said. However I avoided that because in desperation earlier in the fight I cast "Purify food and Drink" on it.

Fear after Thanksgiving gaming.
