In your opinion, does a Force Dragon's Breath Weapon pass through Force Effects like a Wall of Force?

I welcome House Rule-based responses as much as strict rules-as-written interpretations.

Thank you.

I would say no, and I can't think of a reason why it would. *shrug*

Whether that's the case according to the RAW, I can only speculate. I've never had it come up, so I haven't familiarized myself with the force dragon and its associated rules really.

I don't see why a force breath weapon would pass through a wall of force.
Can you throw a stone through a stone wall?

Except for ravagers of Tiamat I know no dragons whoos breath weapon pass through a wof.

I would also say no, I can't see why it would... however as the dragons themselves are immune to all force effects, and can move freely through barriers made of force (wall of force being an example given) there is nothing to stop the dragon from sticking its head through the wall of force and breathing away.

Or in the S.R.D. in the Epic Monsters A-E file on the www.wizards.com/d20 site somewhere.

As to the original question, no breath weapons bypass a Wall of Force unless they emulate a spell effect that could do so (such as disintegrate) or they have some other special quality that allows them to breach magical barriers (such as a breath weapon similar to a deities Divine Blast).
