cchopps 09-08-03, 12:20 PM	In MM 3.5 it does not list any Level Adjustment for these little guys. In the fairly recent Races of Faerun (March 2003) it lists them as +1 Level. I realize that RoF came out prior to 3.5 (barely), but am wondering if MM 3.5 was just an oops or if they decided to remove it. Anyone?
The Gray 09-08-03, 04:09 PM	It should probably be +1, considering how thay have more abilities than normal gnomes, but don't really lose anything. However, when faced with an inconsistancy between a supplement and a corebook, always go with the corebook (unless good sense gets in the way). Therefore, I'd say go with +1 LA.
d_nychus 09-08-03, 04:34 PM	I think the 3.5 MM needs to be seriously errated for LA. The change to the wood elf makes it a +1 LA by ANY evaluation in SS and the DMG, and yet is has no LA. I have a feeling LA will be key to the 3.5 MM errata once it comes out.
cwslyclgh 09-08-03, 04:54 PM	no it doesn't... it still has balanced ability scores (tottal +4/-4) and the favored class change is irrealivent. in fact looking at the 3.0 Monster manual, wood elves didn't change at all it is simply worded differently in the 3.5 monster manual then it is in the 3.0
