If you fireball a Formian Queen and overcome its spell resistance, what happens? They naturally have no dexterity score, so are they treated as unattended objects?

Since it has "-" as its Ref save, I'd say it automaticaly fails.

Nonabilities: Some creatures lack certain ability scores. These creatures do not have an ability score of 0—they lack the ability altogether. The modifier for a nonability is +0. Other effects of nonabilities are detailed below.
[snip]
Dexterity: Any creature that can move has at least 1 point of Dexterity. A creature with no Dexterity score can’t move. If it can perform actions (such as casting spells), it applies its Intelligence modifier to initiative checks instead of a Dexterity modifier. The creature automatically fails Reflex saves and Dexterity checks.
On a side note, with the ability to cast spells as a 17th level sorcerer, and all Formian Queens having at least one item creation feat, the ability to get around the issue of non-abilities or immobility isnt that big of an issue.

And they would do it how, exactly? I don't think there are any spells or items that negate a creature with no dexterity's inability to make reflex saves, and I know that a simple dexterity booster wouldn't do it, any more than a con booster would make an undead vulnerable to fort save effects. You can't raise their dexterity, because they have no dexterity to raise.

The Simbul is just magic friendly, don't worry about her. ;)

I would think a Formian Queen might know the spell fly

The formain queen casts as a sorc17, and has a ton of SLAs, you would think it would have some ways of protecting itself with magic. So it can't make reflex saves against fireballs, protect it with elemental-immunity spells then. :rolleyes:Or simply off the offending mage, or dominate the party fighter into grappling him. Plus, it would rarely be found unprotected, so you would still have those minions to deal with.
