On rare occasions, a telepath who makes frequent use of the schism power finds that his remains splintered even after the power ends. He develops a form of triple-personality that rends his sanity asunder. While psionic powers such as aura alteration and psychic chirurgery can cure this condition, the mind has its own defense. When the body dreams, the mind can expunge the triple personality into the realm of dreams, restoring the monomentality that is sanity. Most of the time, the expunged personalities simply fade away, but, in rare circumstances, they can band together and envelop themselves in a shell of dreamstuff. Eventually, the dreamshell reaches critical mass and “implodes” around the triple personality, forming what is known as a triune schizomentality. Governed by three personalities–the intelligent, telepathic Logorithean, the chaotic, unrestrained Pathorithean, and the insightful, philosophical Ethorithean–schizomentalities appear as distorted, three-headed caricatures of the psion that birthed them.

Mindsplintering Touch (Su)
Any psionic creature hit by a triune schizomentality must make a DC 24 Will save or be affected as the personality parasite power, manifester level 10th. The DC is Cha based.

Persona Manifesting
A triune schizomentality is made up of three personas–the erudite, logical Logorithean, the wild, passionate Pathorithean, and the insightful, fervent Ethorithean. Each round, roll 1d3 to determine which personality is dominant. On a 1, the Logorithean is dominant, on a 2, the Pathorithean, and on a 3, the Ethorithean. As a move action, the dominant personality may make an Autohypnosis check, in which case the personality does not shift for a number of rounds equal to the check result divided by five. The dominant personality may only make one such check per minute.

Depending on which personality is dominant, the schizomentality gets a +6 enhancement bonus to one ability score. While the Logorithean is dominant, the bonus is to Intelligence, when the Pathorithean is dominant, the bonus is to Charisma, and when the Ethorithean is dominant, the bonus is to Wisdom.

Depending on which personality is dominant, the schizopersonality gains the manifesting ability of an 10th level member of a manifester class. While each personality has its own list of powers known, they do not have their own power points. Instead, all personalities manifest powers using power points drawn from a pool shared amongst the schizopersonality. The schizopersonality receives 175 power points a day.

When the Logorithean is dominant, the schizopersonality manifests powers as a 10th level Psion specialized in telepathy.

Typical Psion Powers Known:
1st–demoralize, detect psionics, mind thrust, mindlink, psionic charm; 2nd–aversion, brain lock, read thoughts, psionic suggestion; 3rd–crisis of breath, dispel psionics, false sensory input, hostile empathic transfer; 4th–psionic dominate, psionic modify memory, schism, thieving mindlink; 5th–metaconcert, mind probe, psychic crush, shatter mind blank.

When the Pathorithean is dominant, the schizopersonality manifests powers as a 10th level Wilder. In addition, while the Pathorithean is dominant, the schizopersonality gains the Wild Surge abilities of a 10th level wilder.

Typical Wilder Powers Known:
1st–crystal shard, entangling ectoplasm; 2nd–ego whip; 3rd–energy bolt; 4th–mindwipe; 5th–ectoplasmic shambler.

In addition, while the Pathorithean is dominant, the schizopersonality gains the Wild Surge abilities of a 10th level wilder.

When the Ethorithean is dominant, the schizopersonality manifests powers as a 10th level Ardent. In addition, while the Ethorithean is dominant, the schizopersonality gains the granted powers of all mantles the Ethorithean has access.

Typical Mantles Known:
Conflict, Guardian, Freedom, Healing, Time

Typical Ardent Powers Known:
1st–dimension hop*, offensive prescience, thicken skin; 2nd–damp power*, hustle; 3rd–body purification, dimension slide; 4th–psionic fly, wall of ectoplasm; 5th–anticipatory strike, psionic teleport

Triple Willpower (Su)
Whenever the triune schizomentality fails a Will save against a mind-affecting effect, it may make 2 rerolls. If either reroll is successful, the schizomentality is treated as having sucessfully made its save.

All-Around Vision (Ex)
The three heads of a triune schizomentality constantly look in all directions. They gain a +4 racial bonus on Search and Spot checks, and cannot be flanked.
