Already been done.

The Manual of the Planes version of Tiamat is significantly less powerful and cosmically important than the mythological one, though, so you may want to change it.

An alternative writeup with more mythological accuracy that I can make on the fly:

Tiamat
Greater Godess
Titles: The Serpent of the Deep, the Chaos Dragon, Mother of Horrors, Foe of the Light, Mistress of the Primordeal Seas
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Portfolio: entropy, the deep ocean, dragons
Domains: Chaos, Evil, Destruction, Water
Favored Weapon: Longspear

She'd probably have an attack bonus so high she'd kick anyone's butt.

Yeah, greater gods tend to have those.

On the other hand, Tiamat did have a glaring, Nintendo-style vulnerability. I'll bet Marduk had to read an online walkthrough that told him "when you get to Tiamat, you have to wait until she's about to use her breath attack and then blow wind in her mouth. That will stun her for a few seconds, during which time you have to hit the little glowing spot as many times as you can."

You need to realize though Marduk's an epic Godslayer lol
In a weird way he's the "bluescale Godslayer" for this Tiamat(just gone rogue)

Only on occasion an if the time permits...but I do my best never to say "yes" or "no" out right.
