You'll get better responses if you worked on your grammatical and spelling skills.

The aforementioned monsters are in the Monster Manual 2.

Don't worry about your English if it's not your first language. If people choose to try they can understand you.
If you don't want to use myconids or don't own the proper book, just start with a basic halfling or gnome and take the characteristics of Toad and blend them.
He might be able to see in the dark, and could even be effectively blind, although I think that the retainers have eyes don't they?
You could give them a d4 for a hit die if they don't take a class, and they would have good constitution, but low strength. I seriously think they should have low charisma as well, though I'm sure some think they are cute.
You may even decide to make their color correspond to class. Y'know, yellow ones are all bards or red ones are all fighters or whatever.
Just decide what you want their basic characteristics to be and stamp it onto one of the pre-made small races.

If they don't take a class, they should have the Hit Die appropriate to their creature type, possibly a plant, but looking at Toad (who doesn't seem all that plant-like), the type could just as easily be humanoid or monstrous humanoid, depending on what sort of unusual abilities the race receives. Since all three of those types have a d8 for racial Hit Dice, the choice is pretty clear.
