07-01-07, 11:13 PM What kind of stats do you give beings of that magnitude? And size category?

(Edit -- not really interested in those specific characters, just a D&D type equivalent)

07-01-07, 11:35 PM Virtual size categories could be added beyond Colossal. Combat would be a problem though.

As a side note, threats of the caliber of Galactus and Unicron should probably be more along the lines of plot locations than actual enemies.

A third party book (Immortals Handbook Epic Bestiary) has rules for more size categories, if you want.

I'd just use Colossal, with "Space/Reach: 5000 miles/2500 miles" or whatever - if I were crazy enough to actually use a planet-sized beast.

The biggest thing I've ever actually used was a "Dungeon Fiend", a huge homebrew monster - the adventure actually took place INSIDE it.

07-01-07, 11:47 PM Galactus is an immensely powerful cosmic entity that predates the existence of the universe and can alter reality on a galactic scale, but he isn't (usually) all that large. Though he can change size at will, he generally appears to be just over 28 feet tall (which is Huge sized).

Upper Krust did some stats for Galactus, which can be seen here (http://www.immortalshandbook.com/freestuff16.htm). His Immortal's Handbook includes mechanics for many size categories past Colossal (which covers planet-sized beings, and then some).
