DM Aruthiat 07-01-07, 10:14 PM	Hey, well, this is one of the first campaigns im running in an OA setting, and the presented Rokugan settings seems solid enough for my rather Westernized mind. So, I have teh Rokugan book and the OA, and I was looking at starting a campaign about 10 years after the last stated historical entry, that being the death of the Emperor by some Oni in Shinimon Forest. I would like some help in desnigning an engrossing campaign for a party of human samraui. It seems rather out of place to have "adventerers" in such a structured society, and anyway, the players dont want to be no-names saving towns anyway. I would appreciate any vibrant ideas anyone can throw at me (oh and a few good names dont hurt too :)

My advice, since your players want to be big-shots or at least have some level of importance, is to take events that happen around the time you're setting the game (the d20 book is pretty far behind recent events) and change them around so the players are directly involved in them.
