Netjack 02-19-08, 08:40 PM	Well, when this campaign first started, everyone had ether, had a class that was pretty much next to obvious what they where doing prior to the adventure, or had one already made. My character on the other hand was a Psionic rogue. He said it was ok at first, but I should have a back story to explain who I got their. He then started heavily requesting this when I began running roof top to roof top. His campian is pretty lore heavy to Rokugan, but he has let some edits to allow Psionic powers in. "I think his main villian is a Psionic class". So far, I made a really vague back story, because I know nothing about Rokugan lore. Here is a summary of what has been established for my character right now "but not subject to change" He was a youth living off the streets, too young to remember if he had parents, and too young to remember what city he was in. One day he caught glimps of a strange man standing in front of an alley. He tries pickpocket the strange man. The man catches the him, but is surprise he could even see him. He offers the child food shelter, and "education" the child accepts, mainly due to the fact he is currently living in dirt poor conditions. GENERIC NINJA LORE HERE He was being taught psionic powers along with ninja skills too, other kids where there too, he grew close too some, but could never ask their names, blah, blah, blah, pretty vague here, needs work. He "my character" gets the idea to leave and put his skills to other uses, records this "clan/organization needs work here too" would stat he had fallen during a mission, and his body was unable to be recover... He was found by some villagers, his body completely mangled, and his clothes where torn and ripped due to the river's rapids. AKA, anything that could give a hint to what he was, was destroyed or lost. He made some friends, he would always lie when they asked him about his past. He sees people he remember from his days of training, so he flees on boat before they notice. His disguises himself as a fisherman most of the time. So my main problem is, I don't know how the ninjas of Rokugan work, I have a vague understanding how Rokugan works. According to my DM, he says that this story can fit into his time line, if my character was in his late twenties, early thirties. During some time where the shadow ninjas where abducting children from all the clans. I do not know much about this time, or anytime. :p What do you think I should add? What should I fix?
