I'm looking for the name and stats of a specific oriental weapon. It consists of a weight attached to a long rope or chain. The wielder builds momentum with it by rapping it around his limbs or neck and then snapping it back the opposite way to attack opponents. There was a version with pop-up blades seen in the movie Kill Bill and Jackie Chan used an improvised version with a rope and horseshoe in Shanghai Noon. Anybody know what it is called and if there are stats for it?

OK, that is creapy. I have been searching the internet for the exact same thing for the past 30 minutes.
I think it would be the same stats as a spiked chain? but I am not sure, I need the info as well.
EDIT:
I found this WIKI entry, but I could still use stats on a weapon like this.
