any supplement works and any number of levels, any variant, any feat combo, as well as spells (if applicable)

Make them up yourself and post them here.

To be nicer:
Miyamoto Musashi would easily be made with a high level Samurai from Complete Warrior in no armor with a good Str, Dex, and Wis.

All of the Rurouni Kenshin characters are harder to emulate, seeing as how their swordstyles are damn never impossible to recreate without making new feats talents, etc.

I actually have a good build for Kenshin... But it requires Flaws and Tome of Battle.

With no Tome of Battle, Kenshin is likely a Monk 1/Samurai 6/Iaijutsu Master 10/Samurai +3. Monk for Wisdom to AC, Samurai + Iaijutsu Master gives good Base Attack Bonus, Iaijutsu Master gives Strike from the Void for his Battoujutsu, plus Intelligence to AC and Charisma to Initiative. Of course, his style would have to be mostly a reflavor of "I attack", and for some them instead of moving up to attack he'd jump, but that's a base build. If you want him to deal extra damage after jumping, give him the Battle Jump feat from Unapproachable East. I can't really do Kuzu Ryu Sen or Amakakeru Ryu no Hirameki without Tome of Battle though.

Sojiro definitely needs Tome of Battle to work in any way, due to his Shinsoku making him invisible (unless you dont mind him being a Battle Sorcerer or something)

It'll be very hard to Shishio without making him a Desert Wind Swordsage (Tome of Battle again)

Saito... Using Tome of Battle is probably an Iron Heart or Diamond Mind Warblade. Without it, he's probably a Monk 1/Samurai 6/Iaijutsu Master 1/Samurai +2 or +7.

If you want a full build on any of these, I can post one here. I would just rather not take all the time to write it up and post it if it isn't what you're looking for.

EDIT: Whoops, just noticed your second post...

* - Maneuver that is accessible by trade.
*(level) - level at which this maneuver is lost for a trade

(Yes, Iaijutsu Master has a prereq of +6 Base Attack Bonus, but I think that's BS. Alternatively, use Fractional Base Attack bonus and Saves, because I think its better and it qualifies you. I'm also working under the assumption that, after level 4, you can trade on every even initiator level gained. Not exactly RAW, but it helps those who only dip into the classes keep up with those who dipped... but waited till later. If it has to be totally RAW, I can post a different build.)

It's a work in progress... I have to go for right now. I'll finish it up later, along with a posting of the different techniques he has and which maneuvers are which techniques.

Tome of Battle makes statting allot of characters much easier to do.

For Musashi, I can't recommend the CW samurai. Just because it has TWF doesn't mean its actually good at it, and the stare down stuff is junk.

Pick up Rokugan for a ton of Dragon clan technique feats, and the Mirumoto Swordmaster PrC. The Dragon's Niten style is based on Musashi's style. Alternatively, Warblade/Swordsage combo could work. Iron Heart, Diamond Mind, and some Tiger Claw (for the TWF maneuvers) are good styles to pick from for him. One of the Iron Heart maneuvers, I forget what it was called, allows you to disarm an opponent and deal damage at the same time (effectively, cutting their hands). Anyone who has read Go Rin No Sho will find that move pretty familiar. :P

Nah. He later invented the Niten Ryu based on observing a Dutch sailor practicing his sword and dagger fighting. The CW Samurai looks like one would have studied and completed Musashi's school.

Wong Fei Hong (freed shaoling tmeple from corruption)

Just so you know Wong Fei Hung didn't free the Temple from corruption, it was burned to the ground before he was borne. It is true that he formalized Hung Family Fist and was one of the Ten Tigers of Canton, but Wong Fei Hung learned from his father Wong Kee Yin, who was tought by his father Wong Tai who learned the system from the monk Luk Ah Choi who learned it from the Siulim Monk Ji Sim. He also learned from Tet Kiu Saam and Lin Fo Sing. However Wong Fei Hung himself was not a Siulim Monk.

Except that Hajime Saitou was a genuine historical figure. He should be relatively easy to stat. If, that is, you want the actual Shinsengumi roshi version as opposed to the Rurouni Kenshin version.

As for Musashi, make his favored weapon a wooden sword (in real life, outside of a few combats, Musashi used wooden weapons -- even killing Sasaki Kojiro with a shaved-down oar) and scare up feats (if you're building him post-Ganryuujima -- after he killed Kojiro, he never again killed an opponent in a duel) that allow him to do non-lethal damage with melee weapons. Improved two-weapon fighting is a must to help simulate his idiosyncratic fighting style.
