There are a ton of NPC databases out there, but not one for OA classes/characters. Yeah, I make my own NPCs all the time, but it doesn't hurt to have access to a handful of random NPCs handy.

I thought I found one but the OA Project seems shut down I found a link but it was not functional. Now is there anyone out there that has a 12th-20th Level Samurai, Bladedancers, or a Iaijutsu Master they would like to submit as they (a party of 7 3 Samurai, 2 Bladedancers, 1 IM & 1 Ninja) come to bring a ronin to justice? I found a ninja all ready
CaptKillern 08-18-07, 12:25 AM	Well there is this website by James Wyatt.: http://oriental.hardpoints.de/campaign.html This is a list of NPC's from the adventures he has listed... http://oriental.hardpoints.de/down/NPCsShatteredEmpire.pdf Also Creatures of Rokugan and Legends of the Samurai both have Samurai, Ninja and Shugenja (CoR only) statted from levels 1-20 like npcs in the DMG...
