What's a good PrC for a wiz/rog? I'm looking for one that still allows me to sneak about. Any Ideas?

Well, depend how much wizard and rogue you want in it. I could see you doing something like Rogue 2 / Wizard 3 / Daggerspell mage X (CAdv)/ Arcane Trickster Y (DMG FTW). You can do it with only 1 level of rogue, but IMO evasion is nice to have - and you might just have a decent reflex save anyway. Other wiz/rogue PrCs for sneak attack... Well, the unseen seer (CMage) could work, for example, and eventually so can the Magelord (LEoFaerun), and I'm sure there's at least one other PrC that had a near-full casting and decent sneak attack. If you don't mind a hit to your casting, the Imaskari Vengeance Taker (Underdark) works well, and it is one of the few PrCs that give you sneak attack and don't require it to enter.

Anything with at least two of good skill points, SA dice and casting is nice for you, imo. Arcane trickster is quite nice if you don't mind low BAB, but the prerequisites make it near-mandatory to go for another PrC along the way.

...what he said.

I'll make one addition to Shaman's list. Spellwarp Sniper from Complete Scoundrel. It's five levels of spellcasting and ray abilities with the less-cool-than-sneak-attack sudden strike ability.
