Weapon and Armor Proficiency Shadowdancers are proficient with the club, crossbow (hand, light, or heavy), dagger (any type), dart, mace, morningstar, quarterstaff, rapier, sap, shortbow (normal and composite), and short sword. Shadowdancers are proficient with light armor but not with shields. Now what is so demonstrably different between a regular cross bow and a repeating one...that it requires an exotic weapon feat? Also, why does a shadowdancer need an exotic weapon feat to use a heavy repeating crossbow when he can use a hand crossbow, an exotic weapon as well? |

As for what is demonstrably different between a regular crossbow and a repeating one is obviously the radically different reload mechanism. Furthermore, repeating crossbows are 50% heavier than the non-repeating variety. |

I get the ruling. Just annoyed....just means more cash for me. |
