Altering the Hathran... [Archive] - Wizards Community

01-19-08, 02:28 PM Okay, so I'm altering the Hathran prestige class to fit a niche in a campaign world I'm making with a friend.

I want to remove these abilities:

Spirit Speech
Spirit Concordat
Spirit Dominion

and then replace them with some abilities that help with banishing outsiders.

But I don't know how to do that. :D

So, any help would be greatly appreciated.

01-19-08, 03:42 PM The simplest idea would be a bonus on the involved checks, maybe in their chosen region if you want to retain this aspect of the Hathran PrC. For dismissal, it may involve heightening the spell so that the DC is higher. Perhaps in a Hathran's chosen region, spell resistance is decreased by, say, half the hathran's class level?
