I'm about to start playing a sorcerer/binder and then taking levels on anima mage and I was wondering if the soul binding bonus stack with the binder levels if I were to take the class with the sorcerer. So that after 10 levels in anima mage and 14 of binder, I'd count as a binder 24.
On another note, is there anywhere a progression of the epic Binder? Like how often can you bind more vestiges or gain another use of pact augmentation.

No, gestalt rules forbid the use of classes such as mystic Theurge and Eldritch knight. This rule would extend to Anima mage and Tenebreous apostate. I do not know if there has been any official rules for epic binders.

Not exactly true. It says that they "should be prohibited (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/gestaltCharacters.htm)", not that they are banned. It would be up to the DM. I can't give you more advice on this specific situation, as I do not have Tome of Magic.
