All Blade Binder abilities can be used only if the Blade Binder is wielding a thinaun slashing weapon that they created themselves and have the weapon focus feat for. The only exceptions to this are the Detect Thinaun, Call Thinaun Blade, and Perfection of Blade and Body class features.

Blade Bind (Sp): the main ability of the Blade Binders. By binding forces to their thinaun blade, a Blade Binder gains deeper understanding of the nature of thinaun. At the indicated levels, the Blade Binder gains access to the following Binds.

Touch spell: at first level, the Blade Binder masters the second portion of the Thinaun codex. You gain the ability to channel any touch spell you know through your thinaun blade as part of an attack action or as part of a full attack action. Casting a spell in this manner does not provoke attacks of opportunity. The spell must have a casting time of one standard action or less. If the attack is successful, deal damage normally, then the effect of the spell is resolved. If it is done as part of a full attack action, this effect only affects one of the attacks (which the Blade Binder chooses).

Alchemical effect: at third level, the Blade Binder masters the third portion of the Thinaun codex. As a swift action, you can make a Spellcraft check to immediately channel a held alchemical item (which the Blade Binder must have created) through your thinaun blade. This effect last for one round or until the Blade Binder makes a successful attack, whichever comes first. The alchemical effect acts as normal, except it only targets the target of the attack. Using this ability makes the held alchemical item useless.

Element: at fifth level, the Blade Binder masters the fourth portion of the thinaun codex. As long as you are within (10 feet per Blade Binder level) of one of the elements you are trying to bind, you can use a swift action to gain one of the following effects.
Earth: weapon deals extra damage equal to Blade Binder level against creatures that are touching natural, un-worked earth.
Earth (alternate): gain a boost in land speed equal to 5 feet per Blade Binder level.
Wind: weapon automatically confirms a critical threat against airborne creatures as wind guides your thinaun weapon in place.
Wind (alternate): if you have the aquatic subtype, you can now breath air and water equally for the duration of this bind. For the purpose of this bind, the duration is one day per Blade Binder level. You do not have to wield your thinaun blade to use this bind, but you must have it in your possession.
Water: gain the ability to breathe in water. You do not suffer penalties for fighting underwater.
Water (alternate): if you have the aquatic subtype, your weapon automatically confirms a critical threat against creatures submerged in water, as water guides your thinaun weapon in place.
Fire: gain fire resistance equal to Blade Binder level. This stacks with fire resistance produced from race, feats, or class features, but not from spells or items.

Soul: at seventh level, the Blade Binder masters the fifth portion of the thinaun codex. As a full round action, that provokes attacks of opportunity, a Blade Binder can infuse a portion of her own soul into her thinaun blade. The Blade Binder gains fast healing equal to their Blade Binder level. Also, by taking an amount of damage equal to (2 times Blade Binder level) you can use the soul burst ability without needing a soul in your thinaun blade. Using this Bind does not cause a soul currently residing in the blade to be expelled. This Bind last for a number of rounds equal to your Blade Binder level.

Self:???

Bonus feat: at second level, a Blade Binder may choose a fighter bonus feat for which he meets the prerequisites. This feat can only be used with a thinaun weapon with which the Blade Binder has crafted himself and has the weapon focus feat for.

Detect Thinaun (Sp): as detect magic, except it only detects thinaun (whether it’s magical or not doesn’t matter).

Store Bind (Ex): at second level, the Blade Binder can store a Blade Bind in his thinaun blade for later use. Activating a stored Blade Bind is a move action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity. He can store a Blade Bind for a number of hours equal to his Blade Binder level.

Soul burst (Su): a fourth level Blade Binder may expel a soul that their thinaun blade is currently holding in a swift, violent burst. As a full round action the Blade Binder can make a single attack dealing 1d4 damage per Blade Binder level, in addition to the thinaun’s normal damage. Damage from Soul Burst effects incorporeal creatures as if they were corporeal.

Multi-bind (Ex): a sixth level Blade Binder has learned how to use multiple Blade Binds simultaneously. The Blade Binder may use any two Blade Binds they know. At eighth level and every two levels thereafter, the Blade Binder may apply one additional Blade Bind simultaneously. The time it takes to perform the Bind is equal to the longest Bind. Example: Blade Bind (earth element) and Blade Bind (soul) would take one full round action and provoke attacks of opportunity.

Call Thinaun Blade (Sp): at seventh level, a Blade Binder can summon their thinaun blade to their grasp, drawn and ready, from a distance of 10 feet per Blade Binder level as a swift action.

Consult the Bound (Sp): a Blade Binder of eighth level learns how to consult a soul that is bound within his thinaun blade. This ability can be used as often as the Blade Binder wishes, however, the bound soul can only answer three questions a day, otherwise, this ability acts as the spell speak with dead. this ability requires a full round action.

Perfection of Blade and Body (Ex): at tenth level the Blade Binder becomes an outsider with the native subtype. They also gain DR 10/adamantine. When a tenth level Blade Binder wields their thinaun blade, the blade is indestructible.

Clean it up first. There is a template floating around on the PrC boards that you can use to make it look nice. It's called the PrC builder's Cheat Sheet. (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=933189) You don't actually have to do much, just bold the ability entries, bold and enlarge the title, and put the table in a table. {code}table{/code} works well, replace {} with [].

The biggest problems I see are these:
What the heck is thinuinininin (thinaun)?
Wait, there is an action to bind? Or is there not an action?
What is the purpose of this class?

You don't need a template.

Simple fix: bold all headings, bold all ability names, put "code" tags around the class number chart (might take a few previews before you get spacing right, as fair warning)

And use a "size" tag of at least 4-5 so the class name is eye-catching.

I was suggesting using the template as a guideline. Makes my job simpler of explaining it if you can look at how it's done. You'll note that I also gave a basic rundown of what to change.

Thinaun is a special material introduced in Complete Warrior, it sucks up the soul of whatever was touching it when it died. including the weilder if need be. it makes reviving someone less costly. only weapons can be made of it.

there should be an action stated in each bind. I'll check in a moment and make corrections if needed.

this class is a random burst of insperation. it's purpose is to become one with the blade. but there are many different interpretations of the Thinun Codex's teachings (as you will see when I finish the class information).
