Class Features
Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: Blighters gain no additional proficiencies.

Spells: A Blighter casts divine spells in a manner similar to a cleric or druid. To cast a spell, a partisan must have a Charisma score of 10+the spell's level. The save DCs for the Blighter's spells is 10+the spell's level+the blighter's charisma modifier. In order to gain his spells for the day, the Blighter must either destroy a small area of flora (usually a single plant), or sew a 10ft patch of earth with salt, preventing any kind of plant growth in that area. A Blighter's caster level is equal to his class level + any previous divine spellcasting class he may have.
The Blighter gains bonus spells based on his Charisma.
At each level, a Blighter advances his previous spellcasting abilities, gaining new spells per day as if he advanced a level in that class. In addition, he can spontaneously convert prepared spells to summon undead.

Madness (Ex): Only through mental clarity can one become truly insane. On entering this class, the Blighter can swap his Charisma and Wisdom scores (if it benefits him), relying only on brute strength of will to cast his daily allotment of spells, forcing the goodness out of nature in order to pervert it to his own ends. This change is permenant, and cannot be reversed by anything less than a wish or miracle.

Unbound Oath: A Blighter is no longer bound by druidic morals and scripture. He can wear metal armor and not lose his spellcasting ability, destroy nature and suffer no ill effects, though this comes at a high price. He loses his animal companion (it abandons him on the first night he becomes a Blighter), his class features other than his spellcasting, and the ability to spontaineously cast summon nature's ally.

Deforestation (Sp): Once per day as a standard action, a Blighter can kill off an area of plantlife in a burst with an area of 20ft*class level. If a potentially destroyed plant (such as a druid's liveoak or a dryad's home) is under the control of another, the controller can make a will save (DC10+blighter level+blighter's Cha modifer) to keep it alive. The controller is aware of the save regardless of their position, and is affected by a pungent stench of death in the round they make the save. If successful, the area quickly dies out within the hour, plants withering and turning to ash at the slightest touch. Trees wither and crack, as if they were drying out. Flowers fade to a sickly brown colour, and the area has the smell of rotting flesh for the next week. Animals within the area of a Deforestation will immediately flee and refuse to enter the area. A successful use of Deforestation grants the Blighter temporary hit points equal to 1d10+class level for one hour.

Unnatural Bond (Ex): Upon reaching 2nd level, the Blighter's former animal companion drops dead, and quickly decomposes, becoming a reanimated mockery of what it was before. On the night that he reaches 2nd level, his animal companion meets up with him, half-rotted and hideous - and adoring of him, just like it did in life before his master became a Blighter. The animal companion's statistics are identical to what it was in life, but with either the zombie or skeleton template applied to it, and Int 2. It also gains turn resistance equal to it's master's Charisma modifier.
To calculate how much bonus HD/natural armor bonus/ability score improvement/tricks and abilities a blighter's animal companion gets, add his blighter levels to his druid levels.

Sustenance (Ex): At 2nd level, a Blighter no longer needs to eat or drink anything to survive. In addition, he gains immunity to all natural diseases.

Corrupted Wild Shape: As wild shape, except a blighter applies either the zombie or skeleton template to any animal he assumes the form of. Do not recalculate hit dice in this adjustment. A blighter in a zombie form does not gain the Single Actions Only quality. At the specified levels on Table 1-1, a blighter gains the ability to assume the form of a Large or Huge creature, an animal with the Swarm subtype, and finally at 10th level, any creature with the Undead type (though he doesn't gain any ability to create spawn).

Speak with Dead Animals (Sp): At will, a blighter of 3rd level or higher can Speak with Dead, but only with dead animals. Caster level is equal to his blighter level.

Entropic Aura (Su): At 5th level, a blighter becomes totally detached from nature. In a 10ft area around him he radiates an aura of death and sickness. Any natural food or drink he comes in contact with becomes spoiled (though he personally isn't affected, and still it tastes normal to him, observers are usually offput by this), any plant he touches immediately withers as if it were drying out, and the air around him takes on a greyish, unnatural hue. From this, a Blighter gains a permanent magic circle against nature (as magic circle against evil, except it only affects creatures of the Fey and Animal type, and hedges out summoned animals) out to 10ft, centered on himself. No other creature (apart from Undead and Abberations) entering this area gain this benefit.

Animate Dead Animal (Sp): At will, a blighter of 6th level or higher can use the bodies of dead animals as undead thralls, as if animate dead were cast on them. These undead persist for 1 minute per blighter level, then fall apart, unless the proper material components are supplied. Caster level is equal to the blighter's own caster level.

Unbond: As the real Blighter's class ability. (I'm not typing it out D: )

Blighted Plague (Sp): Once per week whilst using Deforestation, a 10th level Blighter can add a special kick to his destuction of nature. Any creatures of the Animal type caught in the blast must make a Will Save (DC10+1/2blighter level+cha mod) or be instantly slain and reanimated as undead (zombie or skeleton, blighter's choice) under the blighter's command (this counts against his maximum number of HD controlled - any excess simply remain dead). In addition, any creatures of the Fey, Magical Beast, or druids must make a Fortitude save (DC10+1/2blighter level+Cha mod) or contract Filth Fever, regardless of whether they are immune to normal disease or not.

Spell List Changes:
On becoming a Blighter, though he retains spells per day from his previous class, his spell list changes to reflect his corruption.

He loses:

Looking over it I can't find any glaring errors. Nice job Khatoblepas. Thanks for fixing a good idea done bad.

Edit: One thing. In this paragraph,

Spells: A Blighter casts divine spells in a manner similar to a cleric or druid. To cast a spell, a partisan must have a Charisma score of 10+the spell's level. The save DCs for the partisan's spells is 10+the spell's level+the partisan's wisdom modifier. A Blighter's caster level is equal to his class level + any previous divine spellcasting class he may have.
The Blighter gains bonus spells based on his Charisma. If the Partisan's spell progression entry shows that he can cast 0 spells of a given level, he gains only the bonus spells he is entitled to based on his Charisma.
A Blighter has his own spell list, and can spontaneously convert prepared spells to summon undead.

am I reading it wrong or should the bolded be Blighter's? If so it's the only grammer/spelling mistake I saw.

All in all, I like the idea. I'd make two suggestions:

Redo the spellcasting section, to just follow the standard "+1 level of existing class". As written, if a druid were to switch into this class at a later level, they would have some odd results with their casting progression. That, and it saves you from needing two tables :P

With the unnatural bond, I don't know if I'd let them choose the skeleton or zombie template. Remember, that the zombie template doubles their hit dice. A better alternative might be to either tack on 'undead traits' to the compainion, or, perhaps to apply the bone or corpse creature template form the BoVD. Of course, the templates need a small amout of rework to convert them to 3.5, but it is very easy if you just compare it to the skeleton and zombie templates in the 3.5 MM.

Still, I appriciate the effort you put into this, seeing as how I asked for it... ;)

Also, I like the spell list a lot better. :D

Yes. I recycled the Partisan of Gorellik prestige class' text, and I must have left out a few changes.

Thanks for the comments. :)

Oh, and as for the Zombie and Skeletal animal companions, the zombie template really does have a big drawback, even though it does double the HD of the animal companion. It still gains the Single Actions Only quality. Sucks, eh? And I didn't want to go non-core too much for this class, as BoVD isn't strictly 3.5.

Are there any other spells you'd like to see on his list? Any abilities that seem unbalanced?

I know this is old, but if you're lets say Druid 10/Blighter 10, do you have spells as a 20th level "Blighter" or just 10th level "Blighter"?

edit:

I think the Blighter could instead draw its spells from the life force of the plants. It could defile, much like that of the Darksun Defiler.

It advances previous casting, so you'd cast as a Druid 20, with the spell list fixes.
