Blood Fist
The blood fist is the vilest of the vile, a martial artist who wields his power for evil, taking whatever he desires and drawing fell energy from the deaths of his foes. Enemies of all rational creatures, blood fists exist to pursue their own twisted goals and often serve demons, devils, or other foul masters.

Requirements
Feats: Improved Unarmed Strike, Sacrifical Mastery, Stunning Fist,
Vile Ki Strike
Intimidate: 4 ranks
Knowledge (religion): 8 ranks
Alignment: Lawful evil
Special: Must have participated in a horrific blood sacrifice, involving the bloody
death of at least one innocent, sentient being.

Skill Points: 4+Int modifier
Class Skills: Balance (Dex), Bluff (Cha), Climb (Str), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Escape Artist (Dex), Hide (Dex), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), Knowledge (arcana) (Int), Knowledge (religion) (Int), Listen (Wi), Move Silently (Dex), Profession (Wis), Sense Motive (Wis), Spot (Wis), Swim (Str), Tumble (Dex)
Hit Die: d8
Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: A blood fist gains no new weapon or armor proficiences.
Monk Abilities: A blood fist's class levels stack with monk levels for purposes of AC bonuses, improved unarmed damage, flurry of blows and speed.
Death Knell (Sp): A 1st-level blood fist can use death knell as a spell-like ability three times per day. The save DC is 10 + half blood fist level + Wisdom modifier.
Blood drinker (Su): At 2nd level the blood fist gains the ability to draw strength from the death of sentient beings. If the blood fist drinks the blood of a sentient being she killed within 1 minute, she heals 2d8+5 hit points of damage. To use this ability, the blood fist must personally slay the victim with unarmed strikes.
Bleeding strike (Ex): A 3rd-level blood fist learns a deadly new combat technique. By "spending" one daily use of Stunning Fist the blood fist may inflict a slashing wound that will not stop bleeding. A victim who takes damage from a bleeding strike attack continues to lose 1 hit point per round until the wound is bound or healed. A blood fist may only use bleeding strike once per round, but bleeding damage stacks if a victim suffers multiple such attacks. Bleeding strike attacks deal slashing damage.
Death Strike: A 4th level blood fist gains the ability to perform a coup de grace as a standard action.
Ki Strike (evil) (Su): A 5th-level blood fist's unarmed attacks bypass damage reduction as if evil weapons. Should the blood fist's alignment ever change to neutral or good she loses the benefits of this ability.
Cleave: At 6th level the blood fist gains Cleave as a bonus feat, even if he lacks the prerequisites. If he already has Cleave he gains Great Cleave. If he has Great Cleave he gains nothing.
Improved Critical (Ex): At 7th level the blood fist is adept at striking at a foe's vulnerable areas. He gains Improved Critical (unarmed strike) as a bonus feat.
Diamond Soul (Su): An 8th-level blood fist is mystically protected by virtue of the many evil deeds he has committed. He gains spell resistance equal to 11 + monk level + blood fist level.
The Crimson Fist (Su): At 10th level the blood fist learns his ultimate ability: a rare and deadly fighting technique known as The Crimson Fist. Once per day the blood fist may attempt to slay a living creature with a single blow. The blood fist must declare the use of this ability before making the attack roll; a miss wastes the attempt. If the attack hits, the victim must succeed at a Fortitude save (DC 20 + blood fist's Wisdom modifier) or be slain instantly, reduced to -10 hp as the blood fist's fist literally blasts through the victim's body.

Ex-Blood Fists: Should a blood fist ever become non-evil, he loses his Ki Strike (evil) ability and can no longer gain levels as a blood fist.
A blood fist who becomes nonlawful can no longer gain levels in this prestige class, but retains all class abilities.

Multiclass Note: Blood fists can multiclass freely with the monk class; a level of blood fist does not prevent the character from gaining more levels of monk. However, if a blood fist ever taks a level of another non-monk class, he loses the ability to take more blood fist levels.

This is very good, mate. I like it! Let me read more and I'll post again with some specific comments.

I have a few suggestions.
1. You can expand the cleave feat. If Great Cleave is already attained, why not give the blood fist superior cleave (can move 5 feet between cleaves)? Not too major, but I wasn't sure if you knew of that feat.

2. If you are going to do blood strike, then why not give the blood fist the feat to be able to change what type of damage the strike is? (can't remember the name of the feat sorry. just know that you can change the damage to piercing or slashing at will).

3. Crimson Fist sounds a lot like Quiverring Palm. Does those two abilities stack, or will they just be treated differently?

An interesting outlook. I like it.

1. Supreme Cleave, and it's a class feature IIRC, of the Frenzied Berserker, Knight Protector and likely others

2. Versatile Unarmed Strike

and I like the class, but at 9th level, I think Bleeding Strike should mprove to the Infernal Wound ability of the Cornugon and Barbazu

Take a look at either one of the Faerun or Eberron books; specifically, the Monk of the Long Death. The two seem similar.

Anyway, looks good.
