The BCM tiger shape ability, max, is Con modifer + class level (max 5) rounds, 3 times a day. Not worth it.
Mr_Teapot 06-09-07, 09:24 AM	I don't think shifting is close enough to qualify, but Complete Warrior came out before Eberron or ToB, so it's not completely clear. In general, you need Shapechange, polymorph, wildshape or the equivalent, whereas shifting is more like Bull's Strength. If you have some other way to stay shifted all the time (hengeyokai, changeling, or one level of the shapechange druid variant or something) and some claws somehow, then Warshaper would work really well with Bloodclaw Master.
