Looking at Thunderous Throw, I was wondering does it allow a PC to use melee-centric feats? Such as, I throw a Greatsword, and I have Weapon Focus (Greatsword), Weapon Specialization (Greatsword), and Melee Weapon Mastery (slashing). Are all three feats still applicable? Most builds seem to choose Ranged Weapon Mastery.

Yes, all feats are applicable as this is explicitly mentioned in the ability description. The reason why people take Ranged Weapon Mastery is mostly because of the range increase. Remember, Throw anything only gives you a 10' increment, not exactly what I consider a decent range.

Now, is it legal to use Ranged Weapon Mastery though? Technically, the feat applies only to Ranged weapons (which are defined as weapons with a range increment in the PHB). Throw anything doesn't actually change this except on your character sheet so depending on how much of a rules lawyer your DM is, the DM may or may not allow it.
