I'm sure you can guess what they are.

I was wondering if the Energy resistance would stack an if i would be wasting levels if I took both.

On a different note, if you take the Elemental Savent class, be sure to take carry a few cheap metamagic rods. otherwise you might be up against a creature that has energy resistance/immunity to your chosen elements, and then you're in trouble if you can't change.
