I think what you're looking for is more like... A half-celestial savage progression. Kind of like this one. (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20040319a) Only you're supposed to start as an Aasimar for that one.

Yeah, but I want it for a non aasimar character, a bit like the dragon disciple but still not.

And D2 HD means that every level gives a d2 as hit dice.

A dragon disciple doesn't get wings for nine levels. NINE. It doesn't get spell resistance, it doesn't get nearly the ability increase, and it doesn't get the dragon type until ten levels.

This is totally broken, and any dm that lets you play it is both crazy and stupid.

At the very least this should be spread over 5 levels, not three. VERY few prestige classes have three levels, and none are this powerful. You followed no normal save progression from any other class, and there is no such thing as a D2 hitdice. 3.5 rules may play fast and loose, but you can't just make stuff up whenever you feel like it unless you the DM.

I second the notion that this class should never be played as written.

I have to agree with that which has gone before... this is... not well done.

Crap for hit dice, saves, base attack, and skill points doesn't balance the fact that you give away +20 in stats across two levels and a great fly speed at a character level six.

That's not to mention what a spell caster can do with outsider as his type...
