Dunamin 04-07-07, 03:57 PM	The hellbreaker prestige class from the Fiendish Codex 2 has the class feature Telepathic Static. Within a 20 ft radius of the hellbreaker, this ability blocks telepathy and forces anyone attempting a divination spell or spell-like ability to make a spellcraft check of DC 20 + hellbreaker level for the divination to succeed. What happens if the source of the divination is outside the 20 ft radius, but effects someone within (such as the hellbreaker)? For instance, let's say a scrying spell is cast outside the radius, at the hellbreaker. Does the caster need to make the Spellcraft check? If so, is he aware that something interferes with his magic?
